Wow. What a busy first month of the year. The Moss Man team has been busy cleaning, de-mossing and brightening up properties all over Lincolnshire. Although it is not yet roof cleaning season for our team, it wont be long before we are out cleaning roofs in Lincoln, Skegness, Louth and all of the quaint villages around the wolds! March marks the start of roof cleaning season for us and the boys are getting ready to scrape, brush, biocide and soft-wash properties all over Lincolnshire. Enough of what we haven’t been doing, instead focussing on what we have been doing. January is a notoriously busy month for retreating and maintaining driveways. The cold and wet winter months provide a perfect breeding ground for algae and smaller winter weeds. The boys have been flat out this month with over 200 jobs completed for our customers. John and Andy have been focussed on retreating the drives around Skegness and the surrounding villages such as Chapel St Leonards, Ingoldmells, Burgh le Marsh and Sutton on Sea. They have been clearing driveways of weeds, moss and dirt and leaving them clean and tidy. They have also ventured out to Lincoln and the suburbs such as Cherry Willingham, Washingborough, Waddington and North Carlton… plus many more!
John and Nathan have been focussed on retreating roofs as well as cleaning and emptying gutters all over the county. Each Winter we respray the roofs that we have cleaned in the previous 12-24 months in order to prevent the moss from growing back. The frequency of the treatment depends on the conditions surrounding the roof and each property is assessed individually. They have been busy cleaning roofs all over the county, most notably in Lincoln, Woodhall Spa and Skegness.
